The Tunbridge Wells page lists the Hastings phone number, not the 01892 line published on /contact.
What I saw
The /family-law-tunbridge-wells page on the live site lists 01424 883 183 (the Hastings reception number) as its only point of contact. The /contact page lists a dedicated Tunbridge Wells line at 01892 502 830. A caller standing on Calverley Road clicking the branch-specific page is routed forty miles south to a Hastings phone rather than to the local number a few hundred metres away.
What the rebuild does about it
The rebuild gives the Tunbridge Wells page its own 01892 line, a dedicated address card with the Royal Victoria Place context, and a click-to-call link that opens the dialler with the right number first time.
Six identical hero slides on the homepage, none of them naming a solicitor or a branch.
What I saw
The Divi hero on the homepage cycles through six slides at four seconds each. The headline, subheading and button are the same on every one. The visitor sees the same screen six times if they linger. None of the slides names a Resolution-trained solicitor, a Children Law accreditation, a Tunbridge Wells address, or any of the practice areas the firm actually does.
What the rebuild does about it
The rebuild replaces the six-slide carousel with a single editorial hero that names the Tunbridge Wells address, the Resolution Code of Practice, and the two Children Law panel accreditations. Each section below the hero takes the visitor one click closer to a named solicitor.
No LegalService JSON-LD on the homepage; the OG image is the wordmark logo, not a photograph.
What I saw
A Rich Results check on the homepage finds no LegalService or Attorney JSON-LD block. Google has nothing structured to put against the practice in Search. The Open Graph image is the firm wordmark (1000 by 500 PNG), so when a client forwards a link in WhatsApp the unfurl renders only the logo over white. No street, no people, no Calverley Road.
What the rebuild does about it
The rebuild ships full LegalService JSON-LD with address, telephone, opening hours and the firm areaServed, plus a hosted og:image of Calverley Road sized for the WhatsApp and iMessage unfurlers. The JSON-LD also nests a FAQPage block so the FAQ on the page is eligible for Search rich results.

If the proposal lands, reply with two or three twenty-minute slots in the next ten days for a video call. I take on three Kent and Sussex builds this quarter, and the first confirmed wins the slot. If I do not hear back by 4 June 2026, the proposal site comes down.
